**HOLD**I've really never been a fan of big archtop jazz boxes but this one has caught my attention in a big way. It's a near mint (except for the gold) 1960 which a medium/slim neck and wide nut. It has three wonderful sounding PAFs-two are double black and the bridge pickup is a killer double white. The covers appear to have been removed at some point but I don't believe they were rewound (nor does the previous owner. The bridge pickup was replaced with the double white-the original had died. I know that one is 100% because I sold it to the previous owner. The only non original parts besides the bridge pickup is the bridge and the added Grover tuners. It has an aftermarket bridge on it but I will include the original no wire. The reason I like this one so much is the surprising tonal versatility. It does all the jazz tones and the rock and blues tones but it also does a very airy tone that I simply can't get on a semi hollow or a solid body. These archtops aren't big sellers but they are quite wonderful. I might keep this one if it doesn't sell. Original brown case. The pickups alone are worth 75% of the ask.
