WORKING CONDITION: Excellent. This Macbeth is a Minimoog with a lot of extra features. The 10-turn Oscillator pots allow for multi-octave oscillation and modulation into the rest of the circuit. All pots and switches are robust and work as they should. MIDI tracks flawlessly from a keyboard controller.

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Excellent. All pots, switches, and iO jacks are robust and perfectly operational. The chassis is also in excellent condition.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a Macbeth Studio Systems M3X Rackmount Desktop Analog Monosynth. The Macbeth Studio Systems M3X is a rare, hand-built 3-oscillator analog monosynth released in 2001 by Scottish engineer Ken Macbeth. It is highly regarded as a high-quality alternative to the classic Moog Minimoog, offering a similar "raw and meaty" sonic character but with expanded modulation capabilities like oscillator sync and cross-modulation.
