1978 Greco EG-500 Les Paul Standard Electric Guitar – Sunburst – Made in Japan
The Greco EG-500 is one of the standout Japanese-built Les Paul-style guitars from the famed "lawsuit era," offering exceptional craftsmanship, vintage-inspired tone, and remarkable value. Built in 1978 at the legendary FujiGen factory in Japan, this guitar represents the quality that made Japanese instruments of this period highly sought after by players and collectors alike.
FujiGen would later go on to manufacture Gibson's Orville line for the Japanese market, and many players consider these late-1970s Greco guitars to be among the finest vintage Les Paul alternatives available. With its classic Sunburst finish, substantial feel, and vintage-inspired construction, the EG-500 delivers the look, tone, and playing experience associated with far more expensive vintage instruments.

The repair is smooth to the touch, structurally sound, and does not affect playability, stability, or tone.
Additional cosmetic wear includes light scratches, small dings, and minor surface marks consistent with a well-maintained vintage instrument.
The neck is straight, the frets have plenty of life remaining, and the guitar plays exceptionally well with comfortable action throughout the fingerboard.
