Many thanks for your interest. I'm selling my Kay-22 Jumbo guitar that is likely from the mid 50's. Overall, it is in very good condition for its age. Some small cracks on sides of the guitar that do not go through the wood (please see pictures). The sound is rich and full, with great range of intonation. Neck is straight and without any movement or wiggle. Very solidly built and is still in great shape.
