Everything is QA’d by plugging the harness into a guitar that runs through a nice tube amp, where we check all solder points, the overall aesthetics, continuity, and we PLAY IT!!! We ensure every pot, switch or togggle position, tonal feature and push pull pot gets spun, pushed, pulled, switched, etc. If there’s something ‘off’ - AT ALL, it doesn’t leave the shop. It goes right back to the last part in the build process that holds he issue and we correct, and repeat QA from start to end again Whatever it takes.
