The Sandberg California II TM5 Hardcore Aged Virgin White is known for its exceptional craftsmanship, premium materials, and highly versatile extended-range performance. The bass features a high-quality alder body that delivers a strong, resonant low end with excellent clarity and balance across all five strings. The hardcore aged Virgin White finish, paired with aged nickel hardware and a tortoiseshell pickguard, gives it a striking vintage-worn character that stands out on stage.

The neck and body have been designed with player comfort in mind. It has a well-balanced feel with a smooth, fast-playing roasted maple neck and roasted maple fingerboard, offering a naturally stable, snappy response. Black dot inlays keep the look clean and functional, while the 44mm nut width, 18mm string spacing, and 34” scale length provide a comfortable and controlled feel for both intricate playing and solid low-end work.

This bass comes equipped with Sandberg pickups and electronics, delivering a wide and dynamic tonal range tailored to the TM5’s extended low-end capability. With Volume, Pan, Bass, and Treble controls, it allows players to shape everything from deep, focused modern lows to articulate vintage warmth, with the added clarity and definition expected from a five-string instrument.

It levels frets with an accuracy of .001″, assists in the process of making nuts, and offers extremely advanced setup functions.
