The VOX AC10 Custom introduces a modern, highly portable take on one of the very first amplifiers to bear the legendary VOX name. Originally available for only a brief period in the early 1960s and highly coveted for decades, this reintroduced gem bridges the gap between the compact AC4 and the stage-ready AC15. It delivers the iconic, rich, and articulate tube tones of the flagship Custom Series at highly manageable volumes—making it an absolute favorite for home studios, intimate jam sessions, and small club gigs.

Key Features & Vintage Performance:

• Legendary Top Boost Circuit: The AC10 Custom features a single, dedicated Top Boost channel, delivering the unmistakable British chime, shimmering cleans, and punchy, touch-sensitive overdriven grit that defined generations of rock music.
• Pure All-Tube Power: Equipped with dual 12AX7 preamp tubes and a pair of EL84 power tubes, this amp replicates the authentic harmonic saturation and natural compression of a classic British tube circuit.
• Custom Celestion 10" Speaker: To optimize its compact enclosure, the amp throws its 10 watts of RMS power through a custom-voiced 10-inch Celestion VX10 speaker, delivering impressive projection, tightly controlled bass, and smooth mid-range focus.
• Master Volume & Gain Synergy: Unlike some vintage counterparts, the modern AC10C1 layout features both a Gain and a Master Volume control. This allows you to crank the preamp gain for thick, hot overdrive while keeping the overall output volume perfectly suited for small rooms or apartment practicing.
• Studio-Quality Digital Reverb: Dial in the perfect amount of space and depth. The built-in digital reverb is custom-tailored to provide everything from a subtle, ambient room glow to the deep, dripping texture of classic surf-rock spring reverb.
• External Rig Expansion: Ready to push more air? The rear panel features an External Speaker Jack, allowing you to bypass the internal 10" speaker and plug directly into a larger 12-inch extension cabinet or a 4x12 rig for maximum stage presence.
