Based on the serial number inscribed on the back of the neck, this instrument is believed to have been made in 2011.

This is a signature model of Jimmie Vaughan, a legend in the Texas blues scene.

A master who has skillfully manipulated the Stratocaster for many years, possessing the masterful tone and feel characteristic of a true legend.

The Jimmie Vaughan Tex-Mex Stratocaster combines the original look of the early Stratocaster with Jimmie's custom modifications, resulting in a special guitar that exudes the unique nuances of Tejano music.

• Soft V-shaped tinted maple neck

• 9.5-inch radius maple fingerboard with 21 medium jumbo frets

• Tex-Mex single-coil pickups in neck and middle position (middle pickup without tone control)

• Extra-hot Tex-Mex pickup in bridge position

• 5-way pickup switch

• Single-coil layered white pickguard

There are minor scratches and dents from playing.

Some fret wear is present, but there is still sufficient height for playing.

There is some discoloration on the body, pickguard, and parts due to age.

There is some tarnishing and rust on the bridge and other metal parts.

The truss rod turns both ways.

The neck is currently straight and easy to play.

Includes tremolo arm and gig bag.
