Up for sale, a 1993 Fender Stratocaster ‘72 vintage reissue model ST72-58 in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. Crafted at the Fujigen factory during the golden age of Fender Japan production, this “Made in Japan” Strat was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market, uncommon outside its country of origin.
Tonewoods include an ash body with a one-piece maple neck, and the trio of alnico magnet single coils are sparkling and authoritative, offering a distinct sound at each position on the five-way pickup selector. This Stratocaster ST72-58 weighs 7lbs 13oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
