Up for sale is a vintage Selmer Paris Mark VI Bb Tenor Saxophone. Our woodwind technician just got done doing a complete overhaul on this one: stripped, cleaned, all pads and corks replaced, and re-assembled. It plays and sounds great. The horn has its original lacquer, which has some wear throughout, but has never been touched up or re-lacquered. The original neck did show some evidence of "pull down", but that has been straightened. The horn comes with its original case, that is solid: zippers work, tolex shows some wear, and the original handles are in great working condition. It also comes with a Selmer Paris C* Soloist "Scroll" hard rubber mouthpiece with cap and ligature. A modern Neotech neck strap is also included. The saxophone was made in Paris, France, in 1958, serial number M79943. Check out all the detailed pictures. I have quite a bit of pictures of this saxophone that won't fit within the 25 picture limit that Reverb allows.
