This guitar came directly from Fender to my supplier, it has never been sold retail, the protective cover is still on the backplate.  It was examined by factory authorized technicians, there were no issues found.  When we polished the guitar we did not find any blemishes, dings or cracks, it is in mint new condition.

Per agreement with Fender because this guitar was not distributed through their dealer network there is a tiny used stamp on the back of the headstock and the last two digits of the stamped serial have been removed and a sticker with the serial number has been placed over the stamped number.

FAQ, frequently asked questions

Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher?  The instrument could be an overstock, discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.

Who refurbishes your instruments?  All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized technician.

Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty?  No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty.  

Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it?  All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box.  However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and  getting bumped around during shipping.  Also some players like to set up a new guitar to their own personal preferences.
