Inspired by the hot-rodded Superstrat guitars of the 1980s, the Charvel Pro-Mod So-Cal Style 1 HH HT E delivers high-performance playability, aggressive tone, and unmistakable Southern California attitude. Built for fast playing and modern versatility, this shred-ready instrument combines premium tonewoods, Seymour Duncan pickups, and streamlined hardware for serious stage and studio performance.
Its contoured alder body pairs with a fast-playing maple Speed Neck and a compound-radius ebony fingerboard that transitions from 12" to 16" for comfortable chord work down low and effortless bends and speed higher up the neck. The 22 jumbo frets and smooth neck profile provide exceptional comfort for technical playing styles and high-speed lead work.
Loaded with Seymour Duncan Distortion humbuckers, the So-Cal delivers powerful high-output tones with impressive clarity and sustain. A push-pull coil split unlocks brighter single-coil-style sounds, while the Charvel HT6 string-through-body hardtail bridge enhances sustain and tuning stability for dependable performance under demanding conditions.
