The New Sound Snare Drum Stand is a great professional snare drum stand manufactured in Taiwan during the 1970s and 1980s. It features several advanced and unusual design solutions rarely found on competing stands of the era, such as adjustable basket arm length and smooth basket width adjustment via a side-mounted wing screw.
New Sound hardware was heavily inspired by professional Tama hardware from the same period, often utilizing similar materials and engineering solutions used by the Japanese manufacturer.
