Description
The LPD Fifty5 is an overdrive pedal inspired by the legendary American tweed amplifiers of the 1950s, delivering vintage-style breakup, dynamic response, and harmonically rich amp-like tones in a compact pedal format. Designed to capture the character of some of the most recorded amplifiers in history, the Fifty5 provides everything from low-gain warmth to powerful tweed-style drive textures.
Its straightforward control layout features Level, Drive, and Tone controls alongside interactive Voice and HDRM toggle switches for expanded tonal flexibility. The Voice switch works in conjunction with the Tone control to shape low mids and bass response, while the HDRM toggle adjusts headroom characteristics and power amp-style saturation depending on Drive settings.
The updated version adds top-mount jacks and soft-touch true bypass switching with last-state memory, making the Fifty5 a practical and versatile addition to modern pedalboard setups while retaining its vintage-inspired tonal foundation.
