1996 Alembic Mark King Signature 5-string bass, in excellent condition.
Bass weighs 12.8 lbs., according to my scale.
There is one ding in the finish, which is pictured.
I switched the Schaller strap locks for Dunlops. (Originals are included.)
Peter Weiss Designs string mute, tools for bridge, nut and neck adjustments, plus extra screws for the brass covers are included in the sale.
Predictably, this bass sounds amazing, both tracked and in a live setting.
Frets are clean, level and polished, with a set of GHS Boomers.
Neck is very straight, and the action is comfortable.
A new one of these instruments is about $22,000.
