These cool converters offer 8 channels of Adat expand-ability to any system with Adat inputs.
We do a number of modifications to optimize this circuit into an animal sounding as good as interfaces costing three times as much.
The first thing we do is modify the line amp, preamp and output sections with premium Burr Brown high performance opamps for maximum bandwidth and headroom AND low noise coupling capacitors with some value tweaks.

The entire power supply section is then overhauled and modified for better longevity, lower noise and better current delivery for the hungry new opamps.

To accommodate for additional current draw, lower the noise further and improve the overall performance of the unit a new Analog power transformer is added.

The headroom and bandwidth are significantly increased after the modifications and turn these popular little studio interfaces for the home into creative monsters for any studio.

This is one of our wonderful mods that represents an excellent value and sounds even better than the competition's mod that they charge even more for than we do.
