This Knaggs features a carved Tier 1 Curly Maple top over a thick, chambered Mahogany body. This construction provides the resonant, airy quality of a traditional archtop but with the sustain and feedbackbusting of a solid-body instrument. The Winter Solstice finish perfectly shows off the deep, figured grains of the maple giving the guitar a look that is both icy and elegant. It features a mahogany neck with a classic "C" profile and an ebony fingerboard adorned with Knaggs' signature morning star inlays. The 24.75" scale length and 12" radius offer a familiar, comfortable feel for players used to vintage specs, while the Influence bridge system, designed by Joe Knaggs himself, increases string vibration and harmonic transfer to the body. This is an instrument that feels incredibly alive in your hands, vibrating with every note played.
