This is really nice and clean compared to the many I’ve seen and owned. Cosmetically an 8 or 9. Last photo is of 2 scratches on it. Functionally it is a 8 or 9. The Conga and the BossaNova buttons need cleaned, they totally work, but not at 100% like the rest of the buttons, more like 90%.. which is how it's been for over 15 years I've had it. It sounds amazing, is fun to control and a solid machine with only a few signs of age.
