Early 1980s Ovation 1711 Standard Balladeer Acoustic/Electric w/ OHSC – USA Made
Early 1980s USA-made Ovation 1711 Standard Balladeer acoustic/electric in excellent condition, likely produced between 1982–1983 in New Hartford, Connecticut. This is a very clean example that plays great and delivers the classic Ovation sound both acoustically and plugged in.
Fresh strings have been installed and the frets have been polished. The neck feels comfortable and fast, and the onboard electronics function properly with working EQ and volume controls.
Features Ovation’s classic rounded Lyrachord back paired with a spruce top for a balanced, articulate tone that records and amplifies exceptionally well. Includes the original Ovation hardshell case.
