Modded with capacitor replacement to roll off high end. This is sometimes called "a U87 mod" but it is not a U87 and has the original AKG parts except for the capacitor. There are videos demonstrating how modification changes the AKG microphone's sound on Youtube.
Fully functional.
Shock mount is not original and holds microphone well when working with gravity, but it lacks the mechanical attachment of the original and using it upside down against gravity is a thing for your judgement.
