LSL Instruments — Era Series
Saticoy ERA
A boutique S-style guitar built for players who want vintage character, modern reliability, and real craftsmanship — without the custom-shop price.
Body & finish
The Saticoy ERA wears LSL's "Flash Coat" nitrocellulose lacquer — an ultra-thin application that lets the body breathe and resonate the way instruments from the 1950s and '60s did.
Neck & playability
A Medium-C maple neck over a 25.5" scale sits in familiar S-style territory, with a 9.5" fingerboard radius that splits the difference between vintage curve and modern flatness. At 1.62" nut width and 21 nickel/silver frets, it plays fast without feeling thin. Rosewood fingerboard is available for players who prefer a warmer feel underhand.
Electronics & hardware
HSS configuration using LSL's own hand-wound humbuckers. A vintage-style Wilkinson tremolo and 6-in-line tuners keep things stable and classic, while pickguard options in parchment, black, or mint let you dial in the look.
Why we love it
The Saticoy ERA punches well above its price. The Flash Coat nitro finish gives it a liveliness you feel as much as hear — pick dynamics translate in a way heavier finishes just don't allow. The neck is immediately comfortable. LSL's build quality shows in every detail. It's the kind of guitar that becomes a trusted workhorse without asking you to compromise.
