DiMarzio DP209 Bridge + DP162 Neck DLX Plus and Super Distortion Soapbar P-90 Cream (Will Separate)

Up for sale are two DiMarzio P90 Soapbar replacement pickups. NOTE: I WILL SEPARATE. $75/EACH PLUS SHIPPING. Both pickups work and were just removed from a Les Paul.

(PLEASE NOTE: I've updated the pics with the multi-meter. Both pickups measure near 13 ohms, which is factory spec for these pickups. I had previously measured them with the wrong bare wire, and thus had incorrect measurements.)

They were previously set up with two CTS 500k push/pull pots. If you buy both pickups, I will include the pots. Come with mounting screws. 12" lead on neck and 9" lead on bridge pickup. Manufacturer description for both pickups below. $12 Priority Mail in USA. Thanks.

DP162 DLX Plus Neck Pickup:

When DiMarzio first decided to introduce a humbucking re-placement for the "soapbar" and mini-humbucker, they found that many players wanted a pickup with more power and definition. They wanted to preserve some of the clean and open character of the original soapbar, so they reduced the DLX Plus's™ mids a little while making the lows tight and punchy and the highs strong and defined. The result is that the DLX Plus™ has power, but it's not muddy-sounding. The neck model has almost as much power as the bridge model, with a leaner bass response so low notes sound more deÞned. Both come with 4-conductor cable for coil-splitting and parallel options. Recommended For: All positions.

DiMarzio DP209 P90 Super Distortion™ Humbucker Guitar Pickup: The Perfect Upgrade for Your Guitar

A Super Distortion® in a P90 cover? Cool! DiMarzio’s Super Distortion® has been the industry standard since its introduction in the early 70s. The new P90 Super Distortion™ is our highest-output humbucking “soapbar” replacement, and it gives players with guitars routed for P90-style pickups the ability to upgrade their pickups without any modification to the guitar. Like the original Super Distortion®, it has 12 adjustable pole pieces and 4-conductor wiring for split and parallel humbucking modes.

Because of its slightly different coil architecture, the P90 Super Distortion® has a little smoother treble response than the original, which you'll hear mostly at the higher frets. Like the original Super Distortion®, the P90 version was intended primarily for use in the bridge position. It can also be used in the neck position, where you'll get the best results with most amplifiers' clean or moderate-gain channels. Parallel and split wiring drop the volume and increase treble response, and these modes are equally useful in any position. Not available in a "dog-ear" version.
