Condition Notes: This stand is in Good Used Condition and is 100% fully functional. The chrome finish is bright and clean with only minor, expected cosmetic surface scuffs and light signs of handling from normal use (please see detailed close-up photos). The rubber basket tips and rubber feet are fully intact with no splitting or dry rotting. All wing nuts and tilter adjustments lock down perfectly tight.
