This Taylor AD24cd was the first cutaway model introduced to Taylor’s American Dream Series. It is a Grand Auditorium model made with solid sapele back and sides and a solid mahogany top. This tonewood combination still delivers warmth but gives impeccable articulation from the snappiness of the top for a more focused midrange and sparkle of its top end. The body is especially comfortable with its chamfered body edges. The V-class bracings maintain structural integrity while also improving resonance, volume, and harmonious tones. 

The set mahogany neck is incredibly comfort and has been a staple of design for Taylor. It fits the hand the nicely in a way that feels more like an electric than an acoustic and the smooth satin finish will keep you playing for hours. The smoked eucalyptus fingerboard and bridge provide that stability and warmth similar to rosewood but far more sustainable.  Stay in tune with its set of Taylor nickel tuners.

The Shaded edgeburst finish and firestripe pickguard are distinct and give the guitar a vintage quality. It looks like an instrument that has been played for decades without relicing.
