National is always surprising me.
This is the prototype (very first) of NRP's version of the Trojan. Made with Figured, or Flame Maple throughout the instrument. These are modeled after the wood bodied National Trojans, made by Harmony, and maybe Regal in Chicago, in the 1930s.
It's a great sounding, and beautiful looking new National. The figured wood has a hypnotizing effect. Love this guitar.
