This is not your average MIM Strat. The 2012 Fender Deluxe Roadhouse is one of Fender’s higher-end Mexican models with factory-upgraded electronics and premium pickups. This example is loaded with Custom Shop Texas Special single-coils in the neck and middle positions and a Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Plus humbucker in the bridge — a combo that yields everything from shimmering, biting Strat tones to thick, singing humbucker drive.

Condition

• Overall good player condition with normal wear for its age.
• Minor dings on the body (hard to capture in photos).
• Skunk stripe lift on the upper portion of the back (approx. 2" area) — cosmetic only, does not affect playability though it is slightly noticeable to the touch.
• Some fret wear visible in photos but plenty of life left.
• Functional: truss rod, electronics, and tremolo all work properly.
