Overview
This Mexican made Stratocaster is finished in Black with chrome hardware, mirror pickguard and pearloid block inlays. From the serial number the guitar was made in July 2005. Weighing in at: 8lb 1.3oz or 3.666kg. The Deluxe Big Block Stratocaster was available from 2005-2006 and was accompanied with a Deluxe Big Block Telecaster.
Condition
The guitar itself is in very good condition for a 21 year old guitar, as you would expect with a mirror pickguard there are lots of playing scratches, swirls and marks etc. There are some very light scratches swirls on both sides of the body which are hard to see unless held directly in the light. The neck is in great condition with some playing wear to the frets especially frets 1 an 2, however there is lots of live left in the frets. The guitar has recently been set up and restrung with Rotosound Pinks 9-42s. Overall a very good example of a Deluxe Big Block Stratocaster.
Modifications
As far as we can tell there have not been any modifications to the guitar.
