This is a remarkably accurate replica of the amazing prescription rx overdriver. The overdriver is fundamentally derived from the colorsound overdriver that operates on 9vdc. They were created during a period in rock history when greater stage volume was popular. This provides a fantastic enhancement in both pre and post settings and can function independently as a superb overdrive all the way through to fuzz. This RX version preserves all the gain, the weightless lows, and the vibrant treble of the prescription rx. If you have a prescription rx and want to store it away safe and sound, you won't be disappointed with this. It even features the identical transistors with the same gain levels.
