Full transparency on what was done:

Professionally serviced by Vintage King in 2022, this mic was professionally restored by VK's service team. VK installed a new K67/870 capsule (Neumann's current-production capsule — identical design and electrical specification to the original 1960s K67), a new mic cable, and paired the mic with a new wooden carrying case and shock mount. The mic body, NU67 power supply, EF86 tube, BV-12 output transformer, and internal electronics are original vintage. Over $1,000 in parts alone went into the restoration, plus labor.

Neumann's iconic large-diaphragm tube microphone, produced 1960-1971. EF86 tube, BV-12 output transformer, K67 capsule design. Three polar patterns: cardioid, omnidirectional, figure-8. Patented tapered shape that became the standard for studio tube mics. Versatile on vocals, acoustic instruments, drum overheads, brass, strings — virtually any source where top-tier vintage tube character is wanted.
