This is my first and only Dingwall, and the only reason I'm even considering selling it is because I want to put the money towards a Canadian one. Also I've learned that my Dingwall needs and 6 string needs don't overlap very often. If you have a Canadian 5 (or 6 string) that you'd be willing to trade plus cash on my end, I would consider that too.
A bit about the bass: I bought it from John Fox Bass in July of 2023, after saving up for about two years working my first job at a local farmstand . It was John Fox's personal NG3, so technically used, but in perfect condition, and signed on the back of the headstock by Jacob Umansky (he was still playing an NG3 at the time he signed it). I upgraded the knobs to the custom shop rubber ones, and put a tortoiseshell pickguard on it, which I purchased directly from Dingwall. The only physical imperfections on this bass are a tiny chip in the paint at the bottom of the body (pictured) and a couple small, nearly invisible bumps on the headstock and back of the neck. This bass has been meticulously cared for for its entire life with me. I also have plenty of videos with it up on my youtube channel, which I will link. I would prefer a local sale, as I would rather not ship (I'm in upstate NY, still close to tri-state area though). If you have any questions or would like recorded samples in any particular style please do not hesitate to contact me. It comes with the old pickguard, old knobs, original Dingwall gig bag, and tools.
