Up for sale is a clean and wonderful sounding 1989 Fender Stratocaster XII 12 String in sunburst. I love these 12 string Strats and believe they are some of the best electric 12 string models in terms of playability, tone and vibe. This example is in excellent condition less some very faint surface finish wear on the back of the body. The pickguard is replaced and there is a random screw hole on the face of the body leading me to think it was likely for a strap button./ 

Pro Setup in house and ships with a non original case.
