Alrighty, this modern take on a Black Guard clocks in at a totally manageable weight of 7lbs 3oz. We’ve got a two piece mahogany body that is super resonant with tons of natural sustain, you can really feel this one vibrating in your hands! The finish turned out beautifully as it looks and most importantly feels like that Tele you’ve gigged with for decades! The neck is actually from a new vendor that i’m trying out and have to say im really impressed; its incredibly comfy, witha super smooth satin finish and a profile that is a little more substantial than Fender’s modern/slim C. Anyway the Roasted Maple looks and feels amazing with a small carve towards the end.

Then our standard, vintage style wiring harness with premium electronics and our Alnico 5 Vintage Style Tele Pickups bring this killer axe to life. These pickups are similar to Lollar’s Vintage T Set, and in a blind test it would be pretty difficult to telll the difference between the two. Anyway this is one badass Tele, grab it quick they’ve been going fast!
