The Fender Modern Player Jazz Bass V is a Crafted in China edition, which was a bit unique with its dual Roscoe Beck/Bill Lawrence humbucking Jazz Bass pickups rather than the usual Jazz single coils.
The bass has received some upgrades, including all-black hardware (screws, tuners, string tree, neck place, strap locks) featuring a KLUSON Hi-Mass bridge (in the same style of the original Fender bridge) and a Sire Heritage 3-band preamp. The original chrome hardware and electronics will be included, too.
Like most used instruments, it has a few scratches and dents here and there—but nothing major—and this won't prevent the bass from performing at its best. Check the pictures.
This bass is a joy to play; the feel is fantastic, and thanks to its Bill Lawrence pickups, it sounds great.
Includes the original Fender gig bag. Also will include a strap with the strap locks to match the bass.
