1970's Premier Lokfast Hi-Hat Stand.
Pedal mechanism works correctly. Height is adjustable but secures too well. A small spanner is required to fully loosen the height adjustment. The wing-nut unscrews but the bolt stays put. I don't think the bottom cymbal cradle is original but it's what has always been on the stand. No Clutch included.
Pitting in some areas but still has that Premier shine.
