(USED) We don't see one of these every day!  Lark In The Morning is a California based importer of "exotic" stringed instruments, or at least those that would be deemed exotic by many who view this website!  Think harps, percussion, etc.  They've also dabbled in guitar over the years, and here is one with something extra... it's on the tip of my tongue...

If you've heard Michael Hedges or Murial Anderson, you know that there is a lot to explore with the harp guitar.  The 26" scale guitar neck can be put in standard tuning or most any alternate tuning, and the 6 bass (harp) strings can be tuned to taste, obviously keeping in mind the gauges and the fact that it drifts lower than standard guitar tunings.  We've got it set up now to go as low as the low E on a standard bass guitar.   We're not saying it's an easy instrument to master, but for fingerstyle players especially it can be surprisingly intuitive.  A few of the planetary tuners (banjo tuners, actually) are a bit stiff. Many folks choose to upgrade these tuners to 5-Star, Schaller, or Rickard..

Spruce top, mahogany back and sides (likely laminated), holly bindings and lots of marquetry accents.  Great condition with almost no fret wear and some pick swipes near the sound hole.  Includes matching hard case in excellent condition.
