Here we have a really nice classical by esoteric Japanese maker - Hotaka (Nagano Gakki)

This is a well crafted, rare, handmade and hand finished instrument, exclusively made for UK distributor - Barnes & Mullins.
Featuring a solid spruce top and coral rosewood body that is probably double-plate laminate, yet is of the highest quality, along with some creative inlay and marquetry, we can say its a nice quality piece.
The guitar was top of the line.
The finish appears to be nitro.
The guitar is playable, however the bridge is lifting slightly, and this may require attention, reflected in the sensible asking price.
Included in the sale is nice quality wooden case with brass hardware circa 1960.
Overall condition is excellent for a guitar around 60 years, there are some reactions in the lacquer on the back of the guitar as per photo's provided.
Play or restore, this is a beauty!
