Selling my vintage 1965 Gibson ES-330TDC. This one is an early ‘65 and has the specs most generally want- wide nut (1 11/16”), nickel hardware. The guitar is in great vintage condition, I am only the second owner and it shows. All original parts and original finish. There are some scrapes on the back, presumably from a strap on the guitar while it was cased, and a scrape on the side of the headstock that looks like it’s from a string winder. The D tuner shaft is a little bent but still works perfectly. Otherwise no major cosmetic issues to mention, it’s in great shape for a 61 year old guitar!

The neck profile is pretty similar to other 65’s I’ve played- slim-ish to medium at the first fret (0.82”) and more chunky and 59-ish at the tenth fret (0.96”). And this one feels like it tapers up pretty quickly too which is nice. The guitar still plays great with its original frets (plenty of life left) and low action, and has an especially slinky feel to it. I have the bridge pickup shimmed (using a Lollar shim) so that the output is balanced with the neck. If you’d like the shim removed to be stock I can do that, just let me know! Pickups are nice and strong, full, with plenty of midrange and top end bite. The bridge can rock!
