This Yamaha YSS-875 Custom soprano saxophone is an early production example from Yamaha’s flagship Custom series, featuring a lacquered brass body and keys, precise keywork, and the focused, resonant tone that has made these instruments a top choice for serious players.

With its very low serial number (002390), this saxophone represents one of the earlier builds from the original 875 Custom lineup (late 1980s era). Early production Yamaha Custom instruments are often sought after for their consistency, craftsmanship, and refined playing characteristics.

The instrument is in excellent condition with minimal lacquer wear and very minor dings (if any), consistent with light, careful use. These cosmetic signs do not affect playability.
