For sale is a killer 2018 Gibson Memphis ‘61 ES-330TD Reissue in excellent condition and perfect working order. We just gave this beauty a pro setup with a set of 11-48 gauge strings, so it plays effortlessly with a straight neck, low action, and spot-on intonation. The original pair of MHS P-90’s pickups sounds absolutely phenomenal—rich, punchy and full of unmistakable P-90 growl.
Cosmetically, it’s very clean and has been well cared. There‘s really not much to say here save for some light pick scratches on the pickguard and a tiny chip on the back of the headstock. The frets have no discernible wear to speak of.
Please note: this model features Gibson’s VOS (Vintage Original Spec) aging treatment from Gibson Memphis, so there’s some light factory swirling and surface scratching built in by design. See photos for details, and please excuse any reflections in the images.
Includes the original hardshell case (also in like-new condition) and all of the case candy, as pictured. This axe is truly on point and real nails the reissue thing. And we feel very comfortable saying that as we happen to have a vintage 1961 Gibson ES-330TDC for sale currently and the similarities are startling!
