This is a vintage analog flanger released by Tokai Gakki in the 1980s!
It has four controls: DEPTH, SPEED, MANUAL, and FEEDBACK. It's an orthodox type of flanger, characterized by a well-balanced, refreshing swell, but depending on the settings, it can also produce a more dramatic swell. This is a later model with a black casing.
