This is a used Guild F-512 jumbo 12-string guitar. The item pictured is the one you will receive. It has been tested and gone over by the experts at our shop. When a guitar is purchased from us it undergoes a final setup check before shipping to ensure it's playing optimally. It is then packed with care and shipped to your door! (But please be aware that it may need slight tweaks upon arrival due to weather differences, jostling during shipping, etc.). Please read the description carefully and check over all photos for condition and wear. We do our best to describe all items as best as possible and note any wear we find, but please be considerate that it is a used piece and it won’t be perfect (Unless noted as "Mint Condition" or "10/10" for condition). Condition Notes:

- Condition: 7.5/10

- Fret wear: You can sort of see some extremely light flat spots starting to form in the first position of the B and G strings upon close inspection, but hardly worth noting! Frets are still 9.5/10! 

- Any wear of note: This guitar is in really great shape overall. The bridge has been professionally reglued, as well as 2 top braces. And you can see some light finish cracking from strain on either side of the bridge. There's also a small section on the bottom of the back where it appears the nitro finish had a slight reaction to something. The microphone in the stock DTAR pickup system doesn't work, but the undersaddle pickup works just fine! The nut probably had some work on it, as you can see from the finish around it missing. But appears to have been done professionally as well. Other than that, it just exhibits the normal extremely light swirling and surface scratching in the clear coat (Very standard wear for a used guitar. Can happen from simply being wiped/cleaned with a cloth) here and there that's only really visible in certain lighting. But very minimal and minor, and to be expected from any used guitar. And even with the given wear, the guitar really is in great shape. It's mostly light cosmetic stuff that doesn't affect the feel or functionality of the guitar (aside from the microphone not working).

- General notes: This is a really spectacular 12-string! It sounds so beautiful and full with a lovely midrange to it. The Indian rosewood back and sides definitely helps that. So it cuts really well but stays rich harmonically but isn't overly bright. And it plays like an absolute dream! The action is pretty perfect at the moment where it's easy to play, doesn't lose projection and doesn't have any dead spots. It's truly an incredible guitar with gorgeous sound and stellar playability! Especially for a 12-string!
