The 2008 Gibson Custom Shop Alex Lifeson "Inspired By" ES-355 is a precise replica of his 1976 "Whitey" guitar. This guitar features a laminated maple body in Alpine White, a 3-piece maple neck with ebony fretboard, and gold hardware. It boasts '57 Classic humbuckers, a Maestro Long Vibrola, and a special, user-added Vari-Tone bypass switch. This guitar is in nearly excellent condition! It has some minor discoloration on the back and one of the cover plates has come unglued. The frets have no wear and the fretboard is very clean. The gold hardware is also super clean and shows almost no sign of wear. This guitar will ship in its original hard case from Gibson!
