Dark Gray metal flake alder body, Seymour Duncan Basslines soapbar pups and 3 band 9 volt preamp, 35" graphite neck with phenolic board with 24 "fret" lines with dots. custom modulus tuners and bridge with 16.5-17mm bridge spacing. strung with Dunlop bright gage 45-125 strings 7.5lbs (approx) on my br/scale. Carvin HSC.This is the early vintage model without the truss rod but the action is playable perfect. If your looking at this, then you know that the graphite neck is very stable (this one is).The lined fret board has face dots (which I've never sen on this model) and it does possess that mwah and growl. The Duncan pups and preamp combination pares well with the instrument providing tones from classic bridge pup burp to deep Dub bass with a 35" B string that speaks very well. The bass does show signs of wear however, it was not abused. The is a scratch between the Vol and Blend knobs that I tried to show in the pictures and a miniscule chip on the r. rear headstock that is barely noticeable. The bass was given a complete physical from Guitar Center and given a clean bill of health :) Questions? please send msg
