The PRS SE Paul’s Guitar brings one of Paul Reed Smith’s most personal designs into the SE lineup, focusing on versatility, clarity, and musical response. Built with a maple top over a mahogany body, it delivers a balanced tonal foundation with warmth, articulation, and sustain. The shallow violin carve and comfortable body shape keep it familiar and easy to play, whether you’re working through clean passages or pushing into overdrive.
At the core of this model is its flexible electronics layout. TCI “S” pickups provide a clear, vintage-inspired voice, while the dual mini-toggle switches allow independent coil taps for each pickup. This setup opens up eight distinct pickup combinations, giving players a wide range of usable tones without overcomplicating the controls. Paired with a Wide Fat neck profile and PRS stoptail bridge with brass inserts, it offers a solid, responsive feel that translates well across styles.
