I bought this new. It is nearly mint. There is some surface rust on a couple of the saddle springs and there is a little dimple on the back body by one of the body horns. It was difficult to photo, but I think I managed to get it. I did not take a microscope or magnifying class to it, but would guess there are surface scratches that occur within the normal context of playing; however, I didn't see anything to suggest as much.

Kept in a smoke free home studio and comes with new strings (one of which was just installed because the old one was from a different brand and I wanted them to match for the sale),the certificate of authenticity, the original box, hard shell tuxedo case, care manual and Ernie Ball strap locks.
