This is the kind of piece the road guys ask about when they think nobody's listening.
This Fender Custom Shop 40th Anniversary "Diamond Dealer" Stratocaster from 1994 is a striking collector's piece, number 006 of just 150 produced. For the Fender lifer that reads specs like bedtime stories, this limited-edition guitar boasts a lightweight ash body with a stunning 2-tone sunburst finish, complemented by a flamed maple top.
Its figured maple neck, featuring a soft "V" profile and abalone dot inlays, is adorned with exclusive 40th Anniversary markings. The case opens, the room falls silent, and somewhere a Squier gently weeps.
The guitar is fitted with gold-plated vintage-style hardware, a hand-engraved 22k gold-plated pickguard, and authentic' 50s-style single-coil pickups with gold pole pieces—all factory specifications.
Coming with original Custom Shop appointments, this instrument stands out as an exceptionally clean, collector-grade example that embodies craftsmanship and heritage.
This is a USED instrument in EXCELLENT condition, with some small spots where the gold is coming off the pickguard.
