For your consideration is a truly wonderful OM from Bourgeois Guitars. Dana Bourgeois & Company truly know how to make an exceptional Orchestra Model guitar, and as I understand it, had a significant roll in saving this body-style from complete obscurity. This particular guitar is as good an example of an OM as I have ever come across. The Adirondack Spruce top give the guitar exceptional clarity and headroom. Combined with the Indian Rosewood back and sides, this guitar has a crisp, but mellow sound that makes it a joy to play. The enlarged soundhole has a unique effect on the midrange that gives it a very round characteristic while maintaining excellent note separation while playing chords.

The only changes I have made to this guitar since buying it in 2019 are swapping the bridge and endpins for Waverly Ebony pins. I also had a strap button installed on the neck heel at the Bourgeois factory. This guitar is in exceptionally good condition with the only notable exception being two wear marks on the back corners of the headstock near the volute from a cradle-style capo being rested behind the nut when not in use.
