This looks to be the Bolt on Neck.
There is significant bowing in the neck (inward). Will need a reset for sure. This is seen in photos.
All tension was relieved in strings due to pull
There is a Dimple on top of body near Neck - unsure if this is from pulling of the neck itself or if it was a drop damage. No sign of damage to headstock. This photo is posted, but not sure how well it depicts.
No sign of excessive pulling of bridge or belly (as of posting)
