This is a genuine USA-made instrument from the late '90s (produced 1996–1998), based on the original early-80s "The Paul" but with a thinner, more comfortable body profile (roughly 2/3 the thickness of a standard Les Paul).

• Serial number: 930564 (stamped on the back of the headstock) → Dates to the 1997/98 period (Gibson 8-digit serial format from this era). Includes the original black "The Paul II" truss rod cover.
• Solid mahogany body (slim/chambered-style for reduced weight – these are famously lighter than full-thickness Les Pauls, often around 7–8 lbs)
• Mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard and acrylic dot inlays
• Dual Gibson 490R / 498T humbucker pickups (exposed pole pieces)
