In 2006 Fender Custom released a limited run of 1959 Stratocasters and Pro Junior amp packages. The peices were both relic'd and painted to match.

This example has had a history but still is a very cool Custom Shop piece, just nothing near mint.

As far as the operations go, the electronics on both the amp and the guitar work perfectly. All original parts. Cosmetically is where there are some issues. It appears that there was once some water damage to the bottom of the guitar. One of the pickguard screws has no wood to screw into. (See pic) The original case was replaced with another Fender GG case. The COA also shows damage. Most of the original case candy is present.

The amp sounds fantastic and operates properly. There is sign of the lettering coming off of the chrome plate (see pic). Rust on the outer screws may be attributed to the relic job, but note the rust.

The set plays well and the tine is absolutely stunning. Great Limited Edition Custom Shop pack.
